One can compete with intelligence, but not with stupidity. Intelligence listens, understands, and even if it does not agree, it accepts. Stupidity retreats to its ego, insists on being right, and does not look beyond its own conviction.
Take care of yourself first or you will have nothing left to give others. Self-care is not selfishness. You cannot serve it from an empty vessel.
