History
This space was born on July 13, 2012, with the idea of promoting Canarian products and seeking to convey our gastronomic idiosyncrasy.
For its owner (Francisco Huertas), everyone who comes from abroad and who does not know our typical food, can and should go to PISCOS & BUCHES to taste the food and enjoy the island's wines.
Products
The menu of Piscos y Buches is nourished by salads of fresh vegetables and vegetables from the country, the best wrinkled potatoes, island cheeses, pig meat, grilled sausages and blood sausages, stuffed mushrooms, various chickpeas, fresh fish Grilled and in sauce, squid with green mojo sauce and much more local products.
