What is CIBMS



Every Business Meeting is ART!

The ART of providing information, inspiration, motivation, collaboration, and new business opportunities to achieve the growth of the company and, thereby, increase revenue.

Each meeting will feature an invited speaker who will also answer attendees' questions, allowing them to enhance their own abilities and bring out those that remained hidden.

Invitations & Dates



Meetings are held in small circles of 8 to a maximum of 12 people.

Each participant is individually selected based on their professional characteristics and specific dedications previously known through interviews.

Therefore, invitations with dates and the agenda will be sent individually via WhatsApp.

Communication



The communication is carried out exclusively in a personal manner through WhatsApp.

If you wish to receive an invitation, simply contact us via WhatsApp, and we will add you to a broadcast group corresponding to the meeting's topic, your location, and business area.

Meetings



Each business meeting is scheduled to last 2 hours.

They are typically held on Wednesdays or Thursdays, from 14:30 to 16:30, and occasionally from 19:30 to 21:30.

The session opens half an hour prior to seating to facilitate networking, with business card exchanges.

Meetings take place at suitable venues such as hotels, restaurants, rooftops, iconic locations, and businesses.
We offer the same event in multiple areas or cities.

Speakers



To deliver targeted information within a short time frame of 15, 30, 45, or 60 minutes, it's important to have some knowledge of the audience. Here, we assist speakers in understanding our circle.

For each event, we provide speakers with detailed information about the participants or the DigiCards (digital cards) from the CityInsiderXYZ platform. This allows them to tailor their presentation to the specific needs of this particular group.

Conditions



There are some rules that apply, as in all meetings:

• A time limit is established for each intervention or discussion.

Urgent calls should be attended to outside the room.

• PUNCTUALITY. We conduct half an hour of networking at the beginning.

- Firstly, so that participants can make the most of it and get to know each other personally.

- Secondly, to ensure that those who need to close their business at 14:00 can arrive on time for the meeting.

Please remember that punctuality is a sign of respect for all participants.

• PAYMENT. The payment must have been made 5 business days before the event by Bank Transfer or Bizum.

Costs



Most events are free for CityInsiderXYZ subscribers! Only payment for consumption is required, and in the case of any costs associated with the invited speaker. All details will be announced 1-2 weeks in advance via WhatsApp.

• Consumption:

- To prevent interruptions while talking, drinks and shared dishes will be pre-ordered by the organizers. This means that our consumption pays the space rented.
Depending on the space used we calculate the price of tapas or an excellent meal. The details can be found in the invitation.

- Each place has a capacity limit, so it is advisable to reserve immediately after receiving the invitation.

- Additional orders must be paid individually to the restaurant.

• Speaker:

- Most speakers see it as marketing and there are no charges except possibly the consumption.

- But if a speaker has to be paid (consumption, transportation or fee) it will be charged in advance from each participant together with the reservation.

• VALENCIA. I was part of a British group consisting of 70 business members associated with the British Consulate.

• VALENCIA. I co-organized monthly talks as a guest of the Valencian Opus Dei group.

• GERMANY. I conducted weekly trainings with two additional guest speakers aimed to Brokers from a renowned real estate franchise.

• LAS PALMAS. Experiences with the international business networking group BNI and training as a Consultant Director for new launches.

Therefore, I am pleased to organize my own meetings, to which businesspeople and executives are invited.
