We have excluded entrepreneurs who have harmed the reputation of other businesses, some of whom are also clients on our platform. We should all be aware that we share the same boat and work together to attract more new customers.

4 - Unfulfilled commitments
We also do not wish to include in our circle of entrepreneurs those with unfulfilled commitments who have abused our support by offering delayed payments in difficult times.

We reserve the right of admission for all recommendations.

The official complain procedure.

All complains are handled as a civil arbitration process. Thats why all businesses must have an official booklet of forms with numbered pages.

Just ask for the “Hojas de Reclamaciones” which they are obliged to give you, otherwise call the Local Police for a record of the fact.

You have to fill it out in the shop and Spanish is advisable for better procedure even you can write in English.

Each form consists of the original for the Consumer Office (OMIC Oficina del Consumidor) or the town hall (white), the copy for you (green) and the copy which stays in the booklet (red).

Define your complain in a short way, add what you suggest as a solution (refund, repair, other product etc), indicate your name and address, and add documents (invoices, cash receipts, price list etc).

The company will have a maximum period of 10 business days to respond in writing, proposing a solution to the conflict.
